I am a heritage and information professional, I originally trained archaeologist and work for Historic England. I have a detailed knowledge of designations relating to the historic environment. I also have a strong interest in wider cultural heritage especially visual art and architecture. I am based in Swindon but spend a lot of time in Dorset and grew up in Essex so have good knowledge of these areas. I'm a keen walker, runner, climber and mountaineer.

I originally created an account in 2008 but only made a few contributions. I revived my account in 2021 as a result of attending a workshop organised by the Connected Heritage Project. I am still learning especially with anything that doesn't use the visual editor.
