Leopoldo D'Angelo[1] (Italian pronunciation: [lɛopoldo dandʒelo]; born 11 July 1995 in Turin, Italy, is an Italian contemporary visual artist[2] commonly known as "Dangiuz" (pronounced [ˈdandʒuts]), specialising in sci-fi and retro-futuristic themes.

Career

edit

D'Angelo has been studying Graphic Design since his teens. He attended the Bodoni-Paravia High School.[3] After his graduation in 2014, he collaborated with various graphic studios in his hometown. In 2018 he started his artistic career with the pseudonym "Dangiuz", learning new skills and techniques. He cites Vincent Van Gogh as one of his favourite all time artists, while Syd Mead and Ash Thorp are two of the artists that influence him the most.[4]
