OPTION 2

A bottle trap is a type of baited arboreal (placed in a tree) trap widely used for collecting either prized or harmfull fruit eating beetles, especially flower beetles.[1], leaf chafers and longhorn beetles as well as wasps and other unwanted flying insects. However, the same term may also be used for various different trap models made out of discarded bottles which are used to trap animals as different as mice, fish and octopusses. Even a certain piece of material used in bathroom plumbing goes by the same name. This article only discusses the former description.
