Numbered Notes[1] is an innovative music notation system which assigns a unique numerical value to every key in an octave. Each octave consists of 12 numbered keys and these keys are the same number in each octave. The purpose of Numbered Notes is to simplify the current, and rather confusing, complex musical system.
