Given the similarities in editing style I suspect this to be Maelbros.
Edits
editEdits by this user are characterized by changing or adding false information into infoboxes. Common changes include those to publisher and developer fields in video game articles and companies or distributors in television shows. Such fields are often empty before the edit. The user has also been known to add false content to templates and tables.
Their edits often look legitimate but are almost always incorrect. They jump sporadically from article to article in bursts, often taking information from the previous article to insert in the next.
I have a suspicion that this is multiple users as users in the most common range often reappear on the same IP after blocks (sometimes 1 week) have ended, with edits from other IPs made in the meantime.
