V K Pandian (V Krishnan Pandian), born on 29 May 1974 in Tamil Nadu, India, was a former IAS officer from the state of Odisha. A 2002 batch IAS officer, Pandian served as the Private Secretary to the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Secretary to the Chief minister's Transformation and Initiatives of the Odisha Government. Pandian post his volunteer retirement from the service was reappointed to 5T (Transparency, Technology, Teamwork, Time and Transformation) Initiative as the chairman, holding a cabinet minister rank. Born to . Pandian studied in . Pandian served as the sub-collector of Kalahandi from 2002-2004, collector of Mayurbhanj from 2005-2007, and Ganjam from 2007-2011.

On 23 October, 2023, Pandian took volunteer retirement as Indian Administrative Service Offficer.
