Shannon Bailey is a new member of the Wikimedia Contributors Parsing team at Wikimedia Foundation.
Shannon has written two programming languages as part of her three decades of software engineering experience.
Shannon hopes to improve aspects of WikiPedia through improvements in parsing and related technologies. She also hopes to see Wikipedia be available globally using offline readers. IOT is also on her radar as an information source, such as weather station info, power grid, solar energy, city traffic, etc.
