TORI Global is a management consulting and technology solutions firm that specialises in Financial Services, worldwide. TORI focuses on solving issues of concern to senior management and IT leaders. TORI serves as an adviser to the world’s leading financial and insurance institutions. TORI has worked in some 20 countries and has several hundred consultants on an associate bench and more through partner companies in numerous locations globally.

History

TORI Global was founded in London in 2002 ^[2], by a group of senior industry practitioners, with CXO and director backgrounds. The firm was started to meet the demand for a more tailored approach to consultancy which was identified by the founding partners during their time working within major financial organisations. In 2004 TORI opened offices in both the US on Wall Street as well as in Australia. Now, exclusively based in London, TORI centrally manages global operations.

Business Areas

TORI's key offerings to clients are underpinned by three key vertical practices^[3], Organisational Assessment & Development, IT Service Management and Business Process Improvement. These vertical practices consist of a number of specialized services such as IT Strategy and Architecture and Project Delivery and Control.
