The NAFU Regions League is a quaternary association football tournament proposed for CONCACAF's North American Football Union (NAFU) region. It is for football clubs from the domestic league not to qualify for the CONCACAF Confederations League, and for domestic champions of the second tier.
The semifinalists earns a berth into the CONCACAF Regions League, the region-wide quaternary tournament to determine a group stage berth into the CONCACAF Confederations League. The four teams are joined by the champion from the CFU Regions League and the top three finishers from the UNCAF Regions League.
