Hello, let me introduce myself. I am Ruth Margaret Greenfield, a student studying Theatre and Performance at the University of Hull, Scarborough campus. I really enjoy life here living by the sea :)!

I am currently writing an article on Wikipedia for 'Applied and Interactive Theatre 2', which is a module at university. The article is about a second life performance group, named second front. I am working on this with Timo Ward- User:TimoWardX21

Presently, there is no information on Wikipedia about this group, although they have been running since 2006 and have been covered in the press on several occasions. Second Front are deeply rooted in Theatre of the Absurd, however, they present their work in quite a different format to most groups based in that area of theatre. Second Front are the first theatre group to present such live works in a virtual space, working with a mass audience as opposed to a simple audience, according to the audience terms described by Abercrombie and Longhurst.

For many of their performances, the artists use the virtual space of second life to present their work, however, they have also been known to perform in art galleries and other venues. Their debut performance was User:TimoWardX21/Second Front (Second Life Performance Art Group)
