Hi, my name is Alex. I'm interested in syntactic theories (GB, Minimalism), linguistic typology, formal semantics (particularly, aspect), language acquisition (both L1 and L2), psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, British studies. I collect dictionaries (and love browsing through them, too!)

I have just completed my master's program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in L2 acquisition.

I was a Fulbright scholar in 2006-2008.
