Shoeless Revolution is a band originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin, currently preforming out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. They have released two full length albums and frequently tour throughout the Midwest. The band was initially comprised of 7 members featuring a three piece horn section nicknamed the Tritone Army. Reed Grimm, the band's Drummer and Lead Vocalist, appeared on Season 11 of American Idol, but was eliminated in the Wild Card round of the Semi Finals. On November 15, 2013 the band announced that it would be taking an indefinite Hiatus after two farewell shows, one of which will be at The Popcorn Tavern in La Crosse[1] which is commonly cited as the venue where the band's regional fame began.
History
editEric, Jim, and Reed are former members of the band Three Beers til Dubuque. On May 9th 2011, the band announced via an email to fans that Eric was leaving the band and moving to New York, and that Zach would be joining the band in his place.[2]
