Intention
editThe intention of the show is to get people moving. The show says that everybody needs to have at least half an hour of movement per day, and joining this show already provides 15 minutes of movement. In the initial intention, Olga Commandeur showed the exercises and explained them. Nowadays, the exercises are explained by both Olga Commandeur and Duco Bauwens. There are also a couple of people in the back of the studio that copy the exercises.
Between some of the exercises, a short video was shown with a correct/incorrect-question wich were involved with health.
In 2007, the show was refreshed. There were three new exercise groups and all of the exercises were now broadcasted without interruption. That was because some found it disturbing. Every start of the show now starts with the line "Goed om te weten!", wich means "Good to know!". At the end of the show, there is a weekly report and also the agenda of upcoming exercises for the next day.
