If a draft has already been declined for lack of notability, it may be more useful to provide an explanation, in English, on the draft talk page, of how notability is satisfied. If you have already provided your best three references, and the draft has been declined, it does not need more references. It either needs a better explanation of notability, or the subject is not notable.
