Richard M. Warnick on Wikipedia. I am a remote sensing analyst at the USDA Forest Service Remote Sensing Applications Center, where I also manage a wiki on the Forest Service intranet. I have degrees in History and Geography, and a special interest in Utah wilderness. I authored a chapter in the book Contested Landscape: The Politics of Wilderness in Utah and the West (University of Utah Press, 1999). As an ongoing project, I am creating an online Utah Wilderness Atlas. I live in Draper, Utah.
