RiotsNotDiets is the Wikipedia username of a Glasgow based copywriter, who was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire in 1989. She has a BA in English Literature from Newcastle University and attended Beckfoot School in Bingley. She now lives with her roommate and cat in a beautiful city centre flat.
Early Life edit
Born in Bradford Royal Infirmary in 1989, RiotsNotDiets lived in Bradford for the majority of her childhood. She is the daughter of a teacher and a nurse, and has four brothers who currently still live in the Leeds Bradford area.Growing up, her main interests included reading, outdoor activities and dancing to Northern Soul records in the kitchen.

Activism edit
In 2014 RiotsNotDiets began volunteering for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland, where she was a trustee and activist. She took part in many demos and fundraising events, until she left Newcastle in 2015. She now attends events at the Glasgow Women's Library and is involved in several feminist and political groups that were formed in the aftermath of Brexit.
