Halifax AFC are a football club based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, England, who are members of the Halifax Sunday League for the 2014-15 season and play at Wellesey Park. They were set up following a braisntorm of work colleagues and have gained the respect of fellow teams as such that the following season is looking like a successful one.

editThey were established in 2014 and played their primary season in the Halifax Sunday League, finishing 8th
Colours and club crest
editHalifax AFC have adopted the colours Yellow and Blue due to the fact there are fewer teams in the league using this colours so reduce the need for a second kit. The team do have a raarely used change strip which is orange however this has not been seen in a full game as yet.
Nickname
editHalifax AFC have no official nickname however it is widely suggested that the nickname "Pirates" should be adiopted due to the scimitars on the badge.
