Hau cola. I am a retired lawyer. I've lived in Pittsburgh, PA for over 40 years. I received law degrees from the Dickinson School of Law (J.D.) and the University of Wisconsin School of Law (LL.M.), have written for law journals and was an instructor of law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. I was born and raised in Du Bois, Pennsylvania, a small community in northcentral Pennsylvania. There, I developed an interest in "Indian lore" and Native American history by learning of Major Israel McCreight, "Cante Tanke" (Čhaŋté Tȟáŋka), the "Indian Man" who lived at "The Wigwam." Du Bois was once the Eastern home of Oglala Lakota Wild Westers, "Oskate Wicasa" , traveling with Wild West Shows, and has been a treasure of Oglala Lakota and Native American history.

I hope to contribute to the Wikipedia:WikiProject Indigenous peoples of North America.
