Nervous Energy is an independent record label specializing in noise, experimental music and punk rock from Camberwell, South London. Their primary release format is cassette tape.
History
editNervous Energy formed in 2017, releasing on cassette format and regularly doing distro tables at local events. They also distribute cassettes from other labels, t-shirts and jewellery.
Artists who have released material on Nervous Energy Records
editTweedle described by The Quietus as "field recordings, impulsive singsongery and zero-audience-underground punk spirit" released their first cassette on the label in Summer 2017.[1]
Other bands on the label include Owner, ...And The City Mouse, Days Fade, Nights Grow, Haise Point, Pieties, Louis. and Mea Culpa.
