Rick Bunker is The Neat Company's Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for software development and deployment, research and development and quality assurance across Neat’s product portfolio, including cloud, mobile and desktop software. In addition, Rick oversees Neat’s internal technology functions including e-commerce, MIS and corporate IT.
Rick brings over 25 years of information technology experience to Neat, specializing in software development team leadership. He has held executive level technology positions for three publicly traded companies - SEIC, ICGE, GSIC, a division of eBay – and was CEO of Reality Online, a Reuter’s subsidiary that was a pioneer in internet delivery of consumer financial services.
Rick is also the Chairman of Prescription Advisory Systems and Technology, a Princeton, NJ technology startup. In addition to his technology leadership, Rick has worked on over 100 M&A transactions. He is a veteran of the United States Army Security Agency, a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and attended Boston University -- studying Russian Language and Literature. In his personal time, Rick is active in local politics and is a member of the Jenkintown Borough Council and the Jenkintown Human Relations Committee.
