This template is used on user pages to show or easily control their recent activity without the need of writing too much wikicode. As an example, if an user nominated Alicia Keys to featured article status, the, they may write:

  • (identifier) (without name): The first field identifies the type of process being made or trhough the article is going.
  • (articlename) (without name): The name of the article.
  • (showname) (without name): For when an article is being worked on a sandbox, the user might want to only show the name the article might use when moved to the main namespace. As an example, writing User:Example/sandbox/sandbox1 on the second parameter and writing Another Brick in The Wall on the third parameter.
  • w (with): If you are developing the article with other user(s), write their name(s). If they are more than one other user, use w2, w3, w4 and w5. Up to w5 is supported.
  • italic: If the user wants the name to be displayed in italic text. This parameter must only be written as italic=yes if wanted. italic=no is not needed, since it is defined as the default.
  • The supported parameter for (identifier) are:
Parameter Output Usage
work   Working For when an article is being worked by an user.
cons   Construction For when an article is under construction or major reestructuring by the user.
dev   Development Similar to cons, but in a long-term way. Articles which construction is planned to last for months.
flc   Featured List candidate For when an article is a candidate for featured list status.
fac   Featured Article candidate For when an article is a candidate for featured article status.
gan   Good article nominee — awaiting review For when an article is nominated for Good Article status, but is awaiting review.
gar   Good article nominee — on review For when an article is nominated for Good Article status, and is currently being reviewed.
per   On peer review For when an article is being peer reviewed.
