Eric DySart is an American film and broadway actor. Eric graduated from Otterbein College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater. Eric was an original cast member in the Tony Award-winning production of Broadway's Hairspray, originating the role of Gilbert and understudying the role of Seaweed J. Stubs. Eric played the role of Alan Garkle on the Emmy award winning show 30 Rock. Eric was cast as a principal in the episode entitled Sweetie in the long time running emmy award winning series LAW AND ORDer, as "Sybil" under the direction of Mario Van Peebles. Additional credits include the role of Bubbles in the film "SAD SACK SALLY", directed by Spencer Schilly. Ian, in the film "SPIRITUAL AMERICA" and Cabbie in the film "FADES WITH AGE". Additionally Eric has performed in Europe and Asia with various productions.
