Please take a look at Controversies over the film Sicko and comment on merge proposal

edit

Hi,

The title says it all. I am requesting your opinion only because you've edited the Sicko (film) article and therefore appear to have an interest in the movie. I created the "Controversies" article and think it should stay, but I'd welcome your opinion whatever it is. If you consider this message annoying, I apologize. I'm leaving this message with you and some others without violating WP:CANVASS. I won't be leaving another message asking you to comment again. Noroton 23:08, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

Sure thing, Noroton. I'll check it out. Ravanacker | Talk 23:10, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

You're very welcome. Happy to help out. Best regards. Will (aka Wimt) 00:59, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Re: Zuffa

edit

You were in error, it wasn't I who had vandalized Zuffa, and by reverting my correction of the page, you actually re-added "dana is gay" to the page. No worries, someone else already repaired your error. Please be more careful in identifying vandalism in the future. Thanks. 24.141.153.56 14:11, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Ahhh, my bad, guess I should have checked a little more carefully before I reverted. Thanks for taking care of it, and sorry about the trouble. Regards, Ravanacker | Talk 17:47, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Your VandalProof Application

edit

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Ravanacker. As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that you have been editing Wikipedia for less than a month.

Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank again for your interest in VandalProof. Daniel 08:49, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

My recent RfB

edit

Thank you so much for your participation in my recent RfB. Though it closed with 72% support (below the required 90%), I'm still quite pleased at the outpouring of support shown by a fair percentage of the community.

I'm currently tabulating and calculating all opposing and neutral arguments to help me better address the community's concerns about my abilities as a bureaucrat. If you'd like, you can follow my progress (and/or provide additional suggestions) at User:EVula/admin/RfB notes. Thanks again! EVula // talk // // 04:29, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

Ack, what am I doing wrong?

{{helpme}}

I'm trying to help clear the backlog in [for Creation], but when I made [this edit], it definitely did not do what I was hoping for. I believe it somehow grabbed the Taiwanese Television stub from the candidate for creation above it, but I have no idea why, or how to fix it. Please help me out >_<; Ravanacker | Talk 10:50, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

It wasn't your fault. The guy above you included templates in his request, which somehow (exactly why is opaque to me) screwed up the formatting of the table you used. No worries. --Haemo 11:05, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
Oops, I stumbled in there as well trying to fix it. BTW, Thanks for helping at articles for creation! Don't forget to sign your decisions though. You might also be interested in this script, which makes the work a bit less repetitive. Henrik 11:08, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
Thanks so much, both of you. I though I had broken wikipedia for a second. ^_^; Also, I didn't realize that I hadn't signed my decision, still not 100% familiar with this wiki thing.
