My professional focus lays on (mainly political) issues concerning the African Great Lakes region (East and Central Africa), especially Rwanda. I have been living in Rwanda for some years where I am working on development policy, human rights and related topics, not only in Rwanda but also in the neighbouring countries.
I am also focusing on German and European foreign policy (especially Africa policy) and development cooperation.
Of course, I also have other private interests. I like for example to edit the one or other film article.
