The Auburn Recreation and Wellness Center

The Auburn Recreation and Wellness Center opened in August of 2013 and is 240,000 square ft. [1] The Auburn Recreation and Wellness Center was built to "provide members with the best possible tools to improve their overall health and wellness." [2] To provide its members with the best possible tools, The Auburn Recreation and Wellness Center features a pool, cardio and weightlifting equipment, workout classes, a rock wall, volleyball and basketball courts, an indoor track, and more. A full list of facilities can be found on The Auburn Recreation and Wellness Center Website.[3] Specifically, The Auburn Recreation Center has 100+ cardio machines and a 1/3 mile track surrounding the facility. [4] The outdoor pool features a hot tub and a lap swim pool complete with basketball hoops and a large tanning area. Along with the outdoor pool, The Auburn Recreation and Wellness Center includes a 12ft diving pool with an attached rock wall. Auburn Recreation and Wellness staff are available for personal training as well as multiple free workout classes.
