Tirutsava is an annual techno cultural fest of Indian Institute of Technology, Trupati . which generally is held in the month of February or March . Began in 2017 as Anfaang, and continuing as Tirutsava since 2018 it is growing year by year in good pace with a footfall of 15000 and more in each edition. This 3-day fest had been witnessing a confluence of Talent, enthusiasm and entertainment since its inception.

History

Anfang, as it was called in 2017 was the First edition, which meant 'Begining' in German, marking the begining of a newly born fest of the institute. Later it transformed into Tirutsava , whiich is an Amalgamation of "Tiru" from Tirupati, which houses the institute and "Utsava" which meant Festival in Sanskrit.

Over the Years, this Student Organized fest has seen prominent icons like LV Revanth, Sreerama Chandra, Gajendra Verma, Gaurav Mehta , to name a few. And it is continuing to maintain its mark

Events

Proshows

The Proshows are adorned by live concerts of notable music artists like Indian Idol 9 winner Revanth in 2020, Gajendra Verma in 2021, Indian Idol 5 winner Sreerama Chandra in 2022, Lagori in 2019 mesmerizing everyone to their stunning vocals. And EDM nights with Dj's like DJ Eesha, Progressive Brothers , Teri Miko, etc.

Competitions

Tirutsava boasts a rainbow of technical and cultural competitions, matching to interests of everyone out there. Be it singing, dancing, fine arts or techy stuff like robotics, app dev, etc Tirutsava has it all with participants from a plethora of Institutions learning and competing with each other.

Workshops and Special talks

Apart from contests and proshows, Tirutsava offers a series of workshops on various technical subjects like Cyber securities, Ethical Hacking, Data Science, and many more where one could brush their basics and get a proper exposure of the topic.

Structure of the Organization

Tirutsava Organizing Team is structured as a multitude of Committees working in coordination to present the fest without any hiccups. The Commitees include Sponsorship commitee, responsible for getting sponsors and funds for the fest; Marketing Commitee, dedicated to publicize the fest among other colleges, and getting participation for the events at the fest; Events managment commitee, for the smooth organization of all the contests, workshops and other events; Web , Graphic Design and Content Development commitees taking care of the Website, posters and social media presence of the fest; Security, Logistics and Hospitality commitee catering the need of all the visitors and participants of the fest on campus; Creative Cell responsible for adding beauty to the venues with creative decorations and ideas.
