The 2016 CONCACAF SuperLiga Final was the final match of the 2015–16 CONCACAF SuperLiga, the 10th season of North America's secondary club football tournament organised by CONCACAF. It was played at the Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City, United States on 18 May 2016, between American team Columbus Crew and Mexican team Querétaro. Querétaro won the match 2–1.

Querétaro earned the right to play against the winners of the 2015–16 CONCACAF Champions League in the 2016 CONCACAF Super Cup. They also qualified for the group stage of the 2016–17 UEFA Champions League.

Route to the final

Columbus Crew qualified directly for the Group Stage of the 2016–17 CONCACAF SuperLiga for their 7th place overall finish during the 2015 MLS season. Querétaro earned their berth into the SuperLiga's third qualifying round with their 9th place overall finish during the 2014–15 Liga MX season. To reach the group stage, Querétaro defeated Nicaraguan club, Managua and then Maartener club, Liberation Stars. Columbus finished second in their group behind Belizean club, Verdes FC and ahead of Puerto Rican club, Puerto Rico Islanders and Vincentian club, System 3. Querétaro won their group ahead of Guatemalan club, Marquense; Martinican side, Club Franciscan and Nicaraguan side, Diriangén.
