The 2021 CONCACAF Super Cup was the 14th edition of the CONCACAF Super Cup, an annual football match organised by CONCACAF and contested by the reigning champions of the two main North American club competitions, the CONCACAF Champions League and the CONCACAF SuperLiga. The match featured Cruz Azul who won the 2020–21 CONCACAF Champions League and Monterrey, who won the 2020–21 CONCACAF SuperLiga.

The match was played at Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas.

This is the fifth all-Mexican Super Cup, and the first since 2016. Monterrey defeated Cruz Azul, 1–0.

Venue

Estadio Caliente was originally announced as the final venue on 29 June 2019, following the decision of the CONCACAF Executive Committee meeting in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. On 15 July 2020, the venue was switched to Inter Miami CF Stadium due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
