The 2021 CONCACAF Regions League will be the second edition of the CONCACAF Regions League, a quaternary tournament to determine a group stage berth into the the tertiary CONCACAF Confederations League. The runner-up and semifinalists will earn berths into the qualifying rounds.
Pending developments with the COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament is scheduled to begin on 6 April 2021 and conclude on 16 May 2021, with the final being held at Virginia Beach Sportsplex in Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States.
