Marc Twagirumukiza born in Gitarama (central Rwanda),on 04th December 1973; is a Rwandan physician and clinical pharmacology expert researcher at Ghent University, Belgium. [1] He served also as lecturer at many African schools of Medicine (Rwanda, Burundi, Mozambique, and Kenya among others). His principal area of interest is access to medicines [1] and primary health care[2] and focus on drugs used in non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular diseases and hypertension in particular). Twagirumukiza Marc has graduated with PhD in clinical pharmacology from university of Gent (Belgium), and has academic records in public health [3], experimental research [4] and clinical research in medicine.[5]; [6]
Twagirumukiza Marc belongs to many Pan African scientific societies.[7];[8]
