Cybercom Poland - a limited liability company which is part of the Swedish IT group located in Warsaw dedicated to technology consulting, specializing in web solutions, security, mobile and telecommunications services. The company provides consulting and outsourcing services, testing and R & D for large and medium-sized companies.

The Cybercom company was founded in 1995 in Sweden, in Poland, the company started its operations in 1997 in Warsaw, initially under the name of Sigma Poland, in 2001 the company changed its name to Teleca. Between 2004-2007, the company noted a period of considerable growth. In 2005 a second office of the company has been opened in Lodz. In 2006 the company changed its name to auSystems. In 2007, the entire company become a part of Cybercom Group, since this time the company operates under the name of Cybercom Poland.
In 2007 Cybercom Poland became a member of the Business Center Club (BCC), and since 2008 has been one of more than 340 companies associated in the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce (SPCC). In May 2012 Cybercom Poland was accepted as a member of the Banking Technology Forum at the Association of Polish Banks[1]. The company also corporate with public institutions, such as University of Lodz.
In 2012 the company was awarded the title of Best Employer 2012 a ranking organized by the international consulting firm Hewitt Associates, in partnership with Harvard Business Review Poland.

Cybercom was founded in 1995 and has been quoted on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm exchange since 1999. The company has its head office in Stockholm. The Cybercom Group currently associates 22 offices, located in 8 Countries in Europe (Denmark, Finland, Poland, Sweden) and Asia (India, Singapore) offering employment to more than 1600 people. In Poland, the company has offices in Warsaw and Lodz, and employs approximately 100 employees.[2]
