True Edge Pictures
True Edge Pictures is an American Film production company located in Santa Monica, California. Founded in early 2008 by Gregory Hoffman, True Edge Pictures is currently financed to develop 8 to 10 screenplays.
True Edge Pictures’ material is derived and developed from both original material and adaptations of novels and/or short stories from around the world. These films explore long held notions of honor, loyalty and basic human values still pertinent to today's world. They contain humor, drama, suspense, action and adventure and are intended for audiences of all different ages, social backgrounds and interests. The films will utilize the sword or an edged weapon in some fashion, as this is True Edge Pictures’ specialty, and be developed with both male and female heroes and heroines.
True Edge Pictures is known for appropriate use of the sword to support the emotional arcs of the protagonists, as well as provide entertainment that is both timeless and archetypal, and of continuing interest to a viewing public worldwide.
In addition to creating the aforementioned films, True Edge Pictures is also active in philanthropy, as they donate to non-profit organizations and clinics that provide mental and health care to victims of abuse and violence.
