    • starts with a motto/quote
    • begins with a description of life/news of Detroit, with few sociological jargon commentaries for a page. Starting page two, it defines briefly some parts of the shrinking cities theory; on p.2, the paper describes its aim as an explanation of how the smart decline was introduced in Detroit, citing some theories.
