Pink Collar Network (noun) or Pink Collar Networking (verb) refers to business relationships between female CEOs that embrace traditionally female activities. Pink Collar Networkers take a holistic approach to business development and best practices, combining their roles as women, mothers, wives and more to ..... Rather than playing golf, for example, Pink Collar Networkers might discuss a business proposition over a shopping trip.

The term "pink collar" was originally coined in the mid-20th century to describe (1) industries or jobs considered appropriate for women, and/or (2) the influx of women into the workforce during and after World War II, and to larger extent, during the 1970s.
