The article I evaluated was about famous Latin American singer. Celia Cruz was a Cuban singer and songwriter also best known as the "queen of salsa". This article does provide with a lot of reliable scholastic sources, such as the Smithsonian, major newspapers, and magazines. The article has good subheadings that are divided into several parts about her life and career which have made this article easier to be read. The article also has a long list of her awards and major best-sold discography during her career as a singer. There was also a lack external links, however, it was compensated with good references. This article was relevant because Celia Cruz was an icon to Latino music and will be remembered throughout music history. Cruz passed away in 2003 at age 77.
