History

Pickard Chilton was founded in 1997 by Jon Pickard and William Chilton, who had graduated together from Iowa State University in 1976 [1]. Chilton went on to become President of Architecture at Ellerbe Becket[2], while Pickard worked with César Pelli including as senior associate and design collaborator on the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur [3].
