Argentina - Republic of Texas relations refers to the historical foreign relations between Argentina and The Republic of Texas. Relations unofficially began in 1837 a year after the Texas Revolution, and came to an complete and final end in 1846, after the annexation of Texas by the United States.

Diplomacy

Argentina never built an embassy in Texas but did however follow in Brazil's footsteps by opening a consulate in Houston, Texas. Shortly after, Texas built a consolate in Buenos Aires[1].

Trade

Texas exported cotton, corn and other crops to Argentina, while exported Sugar, Coffee, Cocoa and many other Cash Crops to The Republic of Texas[2].
