The world is an illusion, and Wikipædia is here to illuminate the fallibility of the world's greatest illusions.

Praise Be edit

Wikipædia is truly great. Its majesty shall be known far and wide, as its hold over the world will monopolise the encyclopædia industry. Do let us all embrace the Wikipædia and its ever-augmenting fountain of knowledge.

The Nonpareil edit

The Branches edit

The Monarch edit

  • The monarch will occupy the executive branch.
  • The duty of the monarch is to maintain public approval, as disapproval is a major factor in the halt of societal productivity.
  • Due to the monarch's ability to rule for his or her whole life, initiatives in the executive branch will not constantly change.
  • The monarch will control military forces and will execute the law.

The Legislative edit

  • There are three Houses: Lords, Commons, and the Bourgeoisies.
  • The Houses will be elected and unelected. The House of Lords will be those born into nobility and have the highest ranking title; however, only five of the immediate family of the monarch will be allowed in the house, and the spouse of the monarch is not allowed to enter the house. A member of this house may never be considered Bourgeois or voted into the House of Commons.
  • The House of Commons will be those elected by the people. Member of the top three percent shall be on the ballot. No one of nobility shall be allowed to vote nor shall any member of the top three percent be allowed to vote. A Common member will represent his district in any way he/she thinks necessary.
  • The House of Bourgeoisies will be composed of those with the greatest assets. Those of the top three percent shall vote these members into office, and it must be comprised only by those in the top three percent. As stated before, no one of nobility will be allowed to be voted in. Depending on the circumstances, there will be between five and fifteen citizens considered Bourgeois.
  • A bill may be proposed by any of the houses. The House of Commons must have a vote greater than 50% . The Lords and those considered Bourgeois must have a vote of 60% or greater in order to pass the bill. Should two houses meet these conditions, the bill will go into effect either immediately or at a time previously designated by the house that proposed the bill.

The Judiciary edit

  • The Judiciary Branch will handle the court system.

Operation edit

There are three Houses: Lords, Commons, and the Bourgeoisies.

The Houses will be elected and unelected. The House of Lords will be those born into nobility and have the highest ranking title; however, only five of the immediate family of the monarch will be allowed in the house, but the spouse of the monarch will not be allowed to enter the house. A member of this house may never be considered Bourgeois or voted into the House of Commons.

The House of Commons will be those elected by the people. No member of the top three percent shall be on the ballot. Nor shall any member of the top three percent be allowed to vote. A Common member will represent his district in any way he/she thinks necessary.

The House of Bourgeoisies will be composed of those in the nation with the greatest assets. Those of the top three percent shall vote these members into office, and it must be comprised only by those in the top three percent. Depending on the circumstances, there will be between five and fifteen citizens considered Bourgeois.

A bill may be proposed by any of the houses. The House of Commons must have a vote greater than 50% . The Lords and those considered Bourgeois must have a vote of 60% or greater in order to pass the bill. Should two houses meet these conditions, the bill will go into effect when the monarch signs it into law.

The Judiciary Branch will handle the court system and will be able to overturn any unjustified laws passed by the Houses. Eight justices will preside over the courts: two designated by each of the three houses and two by the monarch. Their term will be life-long.

The monarch will have the power to overturn any ruling of the Judiciary Branch within reason. Reasonable over-turnings will then be decided by the Houses. The monarch may also veto a bill passed by the Houses, but this veto may be overturned by the Judiciary Branch.

Should it ever come to be an issue, a 95% vote from the Houses shall be able to dethrone the monarch, and the next-in-line shall be crowned. In turn, a 95% vote from the Houses shall also be able to give full Executive and Legislative power to the monarch, while keeping the Judiciary Branch intact.
