Trebeka is a French vocalist of Cameroonian descent and the granddaughter of writer, Joseph Owono. Trebeka has worked with Catherine Lara, Cheb Mami, Lââm, Lonnie Plaxico, Sally Nyolo, Jackie & Ben-J, Loïs Andréa, David Charvet, and others. In 2008 she released her first solo CD, Willow Weep For Me, which was recorded and produced in New York with Lonnie Plaxico, Marvin Sewell, George Colligan and Kenny Grohowski.[1] In 2010 she founded Willow Weep For Me Ltd, a non-profit children's charity organization.[2]
