He started his career as lecturer, then move to corporate IT industry. Last 12+ years , he is actively involving in information system enhancement and integration, ICT management, Digital strategy, process improvement, business and communication process, optimizing work flows and business data analysis etc.
Apart from IT management, frequent speaker on IT summits and show cases, active involvement as trainer on personnel development programs, leadership & team building training’s, Project management, IT leadership, IT management etc.

Liven Varghese was born to Mr. V.L Varghese and Lissy Varghese in Thrissur Dist, [[1]], [[2]]. He did schooling in Carmel High School Chalakudy , Kerala. He did his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Christ college , Irinjalakuda, Thrissur and did his master's degree in Computer science from Bharthiyar University , Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. As part of his passion , he did masters degree in Human resource management from Pondicherry University , Tamilnadu.
He worked in Kerala , Chennai and then he moved to China for leading a team of multi- cultured IT professionals and currently lives and works in Hong Kong as IT Director , SgT Group.
