CareKinesis works with a lot of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers that help elderly patients on a lot of different medications. Capstone Performance Systems was founded in 2005 and provides medicare risk adjustment services to its clients. In 2014 Capstone joined the Tabula Rasa HealthCare family after being acquired by TRHC.[7] Capstone works with many different healthcare organizations to provide medication risk adjustment services.

CareVentions

CareVentions is another part of the Tabula Rasa HealthCare company family. CareVentions works to help healthcare organizations decrease hospital admission and readmission rates through medication history review and medication management services.
