MEAMORPHISM edit

Concept edit

Meamorphism is a multimedia discovery of true reality through the use of our seventh and eighth senses Human beings have a multitude of senses. What constitutes a sense is a matter of some debate but we can consider senses as the faculty of receiving impressions through our bodies especially through organs such as eyes, ears, mouth, nose and skin. Philosophers and scientists agree that the sixth sense commonly described as intuition can also be categorized as such. However, man's investigation of the world around him is limited when confined to those six senses.

In addition to the traditionally recognized six senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch and intuition, Meamorphism brings us to explore other senses such as emotions, movement and balance. Through the play of what is and what can be, what moves and what is still, what is past and what is future, Meamorphism helps us enter a new era and brings us in contact with other senses than the traditional six that we mentioned earlier. Through skillful multimedia manipulations of a world in 5.5 dimensions, Meamorphism not only widens the boundaries of our senses but allows the spectator to discover a new way to be in contact with emotions, movement and balance among others. Meamorphism allows us to imagine what our six senses lack. Meamorphism allows us to imagine a world that is not familiar to us nor familiar to our limited six senses. It helps us understand what is beyond this world by making us feel more and experience more of what is unconscious around us and therefore brings us a step closer to the true reality. Guy Clement Cohen

With a unique “digital canvas,” each Meamorphism masterpiece allows collectors to have at their disposal infinite variations of the same artwork as the canvas and its media is always changing, providing the flexibility to fit in any kind of atmosphere, both in surrounding and in mood. Owners of Meamorphism pieces can interact with the work and become involved, along with Meamar, in the creation process, thereby owning for themselves a part of the success of the final masterpiece.

Renowned artist Meamar and his Art People Gallery will soon be unveiling “Meamorphism,” a concept bringing to realization Meamar’s vision of a creative universe where painting and digital technology form a dialogue together in a singular art form.
