Dr. Anamika Anu is an important voice of Indian Literature. Anamika Anu lives in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She was born in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. She is a Hindi poet, writer and translator.She has received the prestigious Bharat Bhushan Agarwal Award for Poetry in 2020 and Rajasthan Patrika's Best Poet Award for 2021. She has been awarded the 2022 Raza Fellowship for writing the biography of Padma Vibhushan Teejan Bai.She has received Kedar Nyas’ Mahesh Anjum Award for 2023.Her works have been published in all prestigious Hindi journals and news papers.Her poems have been translated into Panjabi,Bangla, Marathi, Odia,Kannad, Telugu,Asamiya,Nepali, Gujrati,English and Malyalam.The name of her poetry collection is 'Injikari'(Vani Prakashan,Raza Foundation).Her second book's title is 'Keral sae Anamika Anu.She also edited a book for Penguin called 'Yaarekh : Collection of love letters.The name of her fourth book is ‘Siddarth aur Gilahari ‘ which contains fifty-one Hindi translated poems of eminent poet K. Sachchidanandan.
