What algorithm? edit
This bot is out of control. It is deleting marking for deletion stuff that's marked appropriately. I don't know what rules it is supposed to be following. I need that answered before I can discuss further - can't tell if the algorithm is wrong or the implementation. Doesn't seem to match policy.
