Glenn Toby
Glenn Toby[1] is a celebrity sports and talent agent who has managed, represented, advised, consulted and/or partnered with many high profile and celebrity clientele, such as: LL Cool J, 50 Cent[2], Saigon, Swizzbeats, Don King[3], Bernard Hopkins, Asante Samuel, and David Banner. Currently, Glenn has built a firm that handles Fortune 500 companies in the music and sports industries, along with insurance and banking the needs of a very elite corporate clientele including: Metlife, New England Financial, and BMG / Sony Music. Glenn Toby's athletic and entertainment ventures landed him among the top tier of power players; but, it is his nonprofit organizations which propel him into a league of his own.
In 1998 Glenn founded the Book Bank Foundation[4] in an effort to boost literacy among the nation’s youth - with a specific emphasis on inner city children. Providing tutoring, alternative education, career development and special projects such as celebrity readings, the Book Bank Foundation aims to improve the quality of education and life for the most helpless victims of this country’s unequal social and economic system. Because the foundation exists strictly nonprofit, Glenn and his associates seek corporate and individual sponsors to continue funding the books, qualified teachers and programs delivered to the children everyday.
On December 11, 2010, Raymond Felton, Co-captain of the New York Knicks, received the Hero Award[5] for 2010 from the Book Bank Foundation along with the late John Andrew Thorburn, Staff Sgt and war veteran of the United States Army, whos son, Rapper R.A. The Rugged Man, accepted this award proudly. The BBF board and advisers select key individuals that have made great strides improving the community and in their respective fields and recognizes them with The Book Bank Foundation’s Hero Award.
In addition to the foundation, Glenn works relentlessly to collect and distribute clothing, food and toys for the homeless. In the past, he also participated in the Camp Cool-J project, Americorps, and the Jerry Lewis Foundation. Glenn Toby also travels around the country as a guest speaker sharing his long road to success – including 8 years of his childhood spent on the streets of New York.

He has appeared on ESPN's sports talk show Quite Frankly[7] Via his companies, Infinite Sports Concepts and Total Entertainment Athlete Management, Glenn and his partner Alonzo Shavers provide full scale client services which include contract negotiations, publicity, marketing and legal assistance. And while negotiating these peripheral contracts for his well-established athletes, Glenn still finds time to shape the musical careers of new artists such as his latest protégé, Saigon.
