Lake County Route A1 edit
Lake County Route A1 is an east-west county route in Northeastern Illinois known for the entirety of the route as Russell Road. It goes from Illinois Route 137/Wisconsin Highway 32 in Winthrop Harbor to a frontage road near the city of Zion & the community of Russell which provides access to southbound I-94 & US-41. From just east of Russell to its eastern terminus it follows the Wisconsin-Illinois State Line.
