He attended Roman Catholic primary schools of Omege and Okatana, and the secondary school Roman Catholic School at Döbra, where he matriculated in 1973. In 1978, Mr. Ndoroma was offered a bursary by the then Consolidated Diamond Mines (CDM) to study at Leeds University in London, where he graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Mineral Engineering in 1981. From 1974 to 1976 the Catholic Church sponsored Mr. Ndoroma's studies for a BSc degree at the University of Fort Hare. In 1989, Mr. Ndoroma successfully completed his Management Development Programme (MDP) at the University of South Africa (UNISA), and then went on to successfully complete his Executive Development Programme (EDP) at the University of Witwatersrand (WITS) in 1994. In 2003, he completed a Telecommunications Management Course through TEMIC in Canada. [1]

Mr Frans Joseph Petrus Ndoroma currently serves as the Managing Director of Telecom Namibia Limited and has been in this position since November 1, 2002. Mr. Ndoroma resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Namibia Post & Telecom Holdings Limited (NPTH), the holding company under which Telecom Namibia, NamPost and Mobile Telecommunications (MTC). [2] Mr. Ndoroma had previously occupied positions such as Divisional Plant Superintendent, Metallurgical Manager, Mine Manager of the Orange River Mines and finally Assistant General Manager of NAMDEB. He is a very hard working and committed leader and this is why he has held various leadership positions and also serve as a boards member of companies in different industries.
