The People's Republic of Stokes Croft (PRSC), launched September 22, 2007 by founding member Chris Chalkley[1] , is a community organisation based in the Stokes Croft area of Bristol.

It's main aim is to "provide benefit to The Community by promoting the interests of the area"[2], which include creativity, culture and the local economy.

In 2011, a poster commemorating the recent riots in the area was created by local artist Bansky, with some of the proceeds of it's sale going towards the PRSC[3] .
