Hi there, although I agree that [[ARTICLE]] is likely a candidate for speedy deletion, I did want to draw to your attention that tagging an article moments after creation is a bit [[WP:BITE|bitey]] and doesn't really [[WP:AGF|assume good faith]]. This, of course, doesn't apply to things like vandalism or attack pages, but generally giving a new user 10+ minutes is a good rule of thumb. ~~~~
