My name is Nileena joseph, and I'm a journalist from the City of Letters, Kottayam, Kerala.

My comment

I love this site very much. But from my personal experience I can say that like any Internet group, the site often become dominated by cliques of habitual users who express both condescension and hostility to users not involved in the "in-group" - habitual users also feel a sense of "ownership" over "their" pages, leading to edit wars. My humble request to all is to tolerate new users.

I am trying my best to find good online and print resources, both books and magazines. Using good references is a way of improving Wikipedia, which will be increasingly important as Wikipedia grows and becomes more and more relevant. As a user it's my duty.
